High energy Ska/Punk band with fast, slow, and odd time signatures. Sounds like a combination of Green Day, Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, and Reel Big Fish.

Album Notes

That's right kids!!! It finally happened. Through strategic planning, careful budgeting, and donations from local pawn shops... rock and roll meets Beethoven. Watch these two genres battle it out every time this haphazard group gets together. Who knows what will happen? Heavy metal with decibel defying lyrics? A melodious etude? Even a subtle Sibelius symphony? Stay tuned to see if the uncanny syncopation of the brass can out-wit the un-metrical rhythm of the 6HS rhythm section when Six Hung Sprung takes a stage near you.

Awesome

First track, Ignorance of Youth, is a high energy, get-your-body-groovin' type of song, and leads into the rest of the rockin' ska. This album fuses trumpet, sax, drum, and guitar solos flawlessly, adding in or taking out here or there. Awesome job, guys, wonderful addition to the ska genre.

Good blend of horns and guitar. A little short on length, though.

This CD is a little short, but it is awesome. I love the blend of guitars and horns. I think you do it better than a lot of other ska bands...
