Album Notes

For over five and a half years Skamasutra was at the forefront of the Northeast Ska scene. Performing for audiences from Maine to Pennsylvania the group gained a mighty reputation for providing fun, intelligent, and accessible original music. During their time together Skamasutra had the honor of performing over 115 shows with many awesome local and international acts. They also released two full-length albums, both of which have been enjoyed by fans all over the world. Skamasutra's last album, "Let Come What May" features eight original tracks and showcases the band’s musical maturation over the two and a half years since their debut release, “You and What Army?”. Drawing from a diverse palate of influences Skamasutra has blended them together to form a sound this is truly unique - but not wholly unfamiliar. Fans of Y.A.W.A. will recognize the farewell album as the work of a band at the height of their evolution.
