The skinny on The Skinny:

There’s no band quite like the Skinny. Not quite bluegrass and hardly strictly folk, they play a mean mix of crooning and upbeat tunes that keeps fans on their toes, swaying, stomping and singing along. Known to drive the mood while juggling instruments and swapping vocalists, their sweet harmonies grace original tunes and old favorites alike.

Half Belly, Half Heart features: Mike McGaraghan on guitar and dobro, Tanya Brown on banjo and ukelele, Koralie Hill on fiddle, accordion, and the occasional banjo, and Dave Lockhart on bass and whatever else that is laying stray on the stage. Guest musicians include Thomas Arndt on percussion, Mike Perlmutter on horns, and Zac Matthews and John McGaraghan on mandolin.
