One of the newest singer/songwriters to emerge onto the scene, Skott Freedman brings a unique edge with his powerful vocals and vivid lyrical style.

What began as a child piano prodigy has developed into 'a solid combination of haunting piano and bittersweet vocals' hails Reaching Out in Atlanta, GA.

Soul touching and soaring talent
author: Tom Obuck
Skott's music touches an even deeper place in my heart each time I play his wonderful CD or attend any of his masterful gigs. His music's as sincere as his soul and my Hollywood pal, Helen Reddy, writer & voice behind the infamuus anthem, "I Am Woman", was moved by Skott's "Swimming After Dark" that she is spreading the endorsement of "all" throught the Music Industry. "Swimming After Dark" is meant for anyone whether in concert or via CD at home or in the comfort of a car on a Sunday drive.

Emerging artist-undeniably talented
author: Jayke Pallastrino, Chicago Times
I picked this cd up on a recommendation from a good friend and was very impressed. Freedman's talent far surpasses his age and his strong voice is reminiscent of early Billy Joel and Jackson Browne. He's quite a good songwriter too and seems to just piece it all together in a manner rare for a singer/songwriter on a debut album. Definitely a must-have for those into the new contemporary singer/songwriter scene, I expect to see him move up from here.
