I love the entire Beethoven CD. The repertoire selected and used to "assemble" this disc is given magnificent performance.  Mr. Skowronski's approach to music making demonstrates his astounding command of musical space and structure, as well as displaying excellent technique, expressive freedom, a beautiful tone and breathtaking lyrical playing.  All this and a LIVE recording, too!

I love this entire Beethoven CD.  What a splendid rendition of the Sonata in A Major, Opus 12 and   truly magnificent performance of the 'Archduke!' BRAVO to all, especially pianist Ms. Saori Chiba.  Furthermore, Mr. Skowronski's astounding command of musical space and structure in both Beethoven works showcases his uncommonly persuasive expressiveness, remarkable tone quality and breathtaking lyrical playing.  All this, no less, captured LIVE IN CONCERT.  This is a 'must have' recording!!
