“Insufficient Accuracy” by Skramble is a powerful hip-hop effort. Skramble’s skill for writing rhymes is very apparent – his lyrics about love, sex, and life ring with genuineness and flow smoothly. Moreover, these beats are contagious and will keep you moving. “Who Is He” stands out with its throbbing beat, hardcore lyrics, and memorable musical lead. Even the purely beat-driven “Midgets” demand attention. What’s more, this collection exhibits excellent production. “Insufficient Accuracy” will satisfy any appetite for genuine and honest hip-hop.
