The US merchants of molten metal music, SKULGRINDER, release their premiere CD. "Island of Lost Souls" combines intelligent, witty lyrics with heavy melodic vocals, expressive drumming, finger-bending bass runs, and grinding metal-guitar riffs. Skulgrinder can best be described as traditional metal. Taking cues from Sabbath, Priest, Metallica and Maiden, they mold their talents into 21st century sonic brain-bashers while retaining the distinct qualities of the great icon metal bands.
