Album Notes

In the basement of drummer Joe’s house, he and guitarist Brent formed the core of The Sky Remembers. With the aid of several additional musicians, TSR explored vast possibilities of intermitting various sounds and fusing different genres of music into an anagram of songs, never losing the always-evident fundamental rock element.

The Sky Remembers has cultivated punk, hardcore, and pop to deliver a surreal transport to a diverse landscape of sound. In a time when being distinctive is becoming increasingly difficult, TSR shines through admirably with catchy, driving music tracks and dark, introspective lyrics. Within their punk-rock genre, it’s hard to define this band- not the typical garage or cryptic hardedge- but a welcome in-between.
