Album Notes

Sky Smeed has returned with another impressive cd. His amazing ability to put a story to song is a talent not easily found. The disc was over a year in the making and the time spent was well worth it. Kitchen Sink and Taking Me Home have already had listeners call in asking about him. Sky Smeed has a vocal style as distinct as Steve Forbert, a unique sound that wont get lost in the sea of singer/songwriters out there. He's an artist that's just touched on the long road ahead of him. The Front Steps is a cd full of songs that will make other songwriters have to work harder, and for me one of this years most anticipated releases. Have you put it in your cart yet ?....add Flying High while you're at it. No disappointments here.
