SLAPBAK SPEADING THE FUNK GOSPEL

These guys are heavy on tha funk. Serious funk grooves from these cats keepin tha funk alive. Ol skool funk fans will be impressed. I've seen these guys live several times & they know how to put on an energetic live show. I cherish my Slapbak vinyl.

Good processed funk

These guys aren't really old school - lot of the music is studio processed gadgetry instead of cracking live music. It is funky, it's just new school. These guys are good - there are only a few other artists bringing the uptempo funky stuff, and they are one of them. Just don't expect greatness.
