Slaughter-Man comes straight out of the Southside of Chicago. Born and raised in Englewood and the Wild Hundreds. The backbone of his lyrics is from the street. It is life. The hard times, the good times, whatever you want to find you can find there in the music. Slaughter-Man produces all his own beats, writes all his own lyrics and is building from the ground up like all true hustlers in the struggle. His original sound comes from the Midwest but transcends worldwide making that connection with people from all different types of backgrounds.
