Slick Pelt has so much style and attitude...they are one of my favorite bands ever!.."XXX" is simply fantastic..they mix the tough and romantic elements to rockabilly, surf, and good ol' punk rock to form one of today's most unique and refreshing sounds...Manny's vocals are tantalizing on "Paris" and could certainly make the ladies swoon...check 'em out live...it's one of the most ass kickin' shows you'll see in a long time...Chops is a fierce bass slappin' babe...Mike is intense on geetar...Rubin is smooth as hell on drums...while you're at the show, pick up your copy of "XXX" and bring home a true masterpiece of music history....

The songs are tight, and they sound like Elvis if he were to jam with Slayer and Link Wray. They have sort of a surf sound, added in there, just for the f**k of it, is some Cramps. This thing rocks.
