With a name like SLUGG-O only on thing comes to mind: IN YOUR FACE MUSIC. With the release of their first album entitled, "Open up Your Eyes," SLUGG-O is already a hit with kids and adults across the southland. And it won't stop there. SLUGG-O was created in mid 2001 by a group of four musicians devoted to making a new sound for music. With guitarist Preston Hutcheson's knack for songwriting and Paul Giordano's in your face vocals, the name SLUGG-O has had success written on it since the get go. 16-year-old SLUGG-O bassist Cameron Hutcheson, brother of guitarist Preston Hutcheson has had a major influence on the outcome of the songs as well, being the prodigy that he is, while Jeff Janke has developed a hard hitting rhythm section sure to keep people coming back for more. The musicians that make up SLUGG-O have an excellent amount of experience backing them, including tours, previous CD releases and a hefty number of shows under their belts demonstrating that they've got what it takes.
