This could go on and on, so here is a quick version of events...

SM was created at the turn of the Millennium by two established musicians from the Rock scene of Montpellier (France). After a couple of years experimenting with computers and other digital devices, SM released its first EP in late 2003, a prelude to “Movement”, a 10-track self-produced CD that was completed in late 2006. With this record, SM gave birth to a sort of Alternative Electronica (also referred to as Electro-Rock) where deep voices and acute guitars collide with funk rhythms and powerful bass lines, all supported by hypnotic synthesizers. The official launch of their first CD was celebrated by a live performance at the Rockstore (Montpellier, France) on 11 October 2007. SM\'s first album has drawn interest from various digital medias such as BBC Radio Bristol Introducing (U.K.), Ilectric_shock (Netherlands), Radiofog.com (Sweden), Radioblagon.com (France) and Quartz 105 fm (Belgium).

SM is now looking for a label and/or a distribution deal to promote their imaginative effort that will soon be followed by a second record. The Band also welcomes all opportunities to show its worth on stage…
