Neo-Quasi-Pseudo-Great
author: Philip BenderThis is fantastic. I love the Potatoes. I saw these guys in Indiana and just had to hear more. I picked up RAW for the Celtic Medley, and the whole CD is great. The Medley is seven and a half minutes of Celtic goodness. "Shenandoah" is another highlight--what a profound arrangement of this great song. "St. Louis Blues" and an excellent rendition of Michael Smith's "Vampire" are also highlights. But the whole CD is great. The best part about the CD is how eclectic it is. There are so many folk musicians out there who just repeat the same act, playing guitar to accompany their poetry. It's refreshing to hear a group that is really about the music. Prezioso's guitar work is phenomenal. Manning's flute playing is a lovely addition. No two songs sound the same! This CD is definitely worth listening to for anyone who enjoys folk music. I've already ordered Time Flies.

I love them. Heard them in Winfield!
author: Mary RoyI heard this couple in Winfield and bought every CD out. Which isn't enough by the way. They can do 'bout anything. Great variety. Love the guitar playing and the flute. The words are great!
