The songs on Scott's debut double-CD, "It Works For Me," were recorded in various Northern Virgina basements and bedrooms and DC rehearsal studios between 1986 and 1999. What a value....
author: Paul DirksThe Grandsons had just come down to the Virgin Islands for a tour and a couple of their songs stood out as being PARTICULARLY clever (they're all pretty good.) A quick google revealed that Scott McNight was the songwriter whose work stood out to me so I figured I'd buy his CD and help spread the good karma. It didn't occur to me that his "CD" would in fact be 2 full length CD's just chock full of clever songs (45 in all!) Standouts include the title cut, One of Those Lives, Things I'm Not and We Own a Baby Now!
