Daniel B. Henderson Sr. a.k.a. Smokey "D", The Love Poet who was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He soon left, joining the U. S. Marine Corps serving a four-year tour of duty before he married and resided in Ashdown, AR. After the passing of his wife in October 1992, Smokey "D" began to allow his poetical flow to reach out and touch the hearts of others.
In 1996, Smokey "D" released his first publication, THE HEART OF ALKEBULAN (AFRICA), SWEET DROP OF HONEY. His second publication, REFLECTION OF LOVE, LOOKING DEEP INTO THE SOUL OF YOU was released in August 2005. From these two publications, he brings to you his first CD, THE LOVE I FIND IN YOU.
As Smokey "D" progresses forward, he seeks the challenge that will enable him to accomplish the satisfaction of touching the hearts of his audience. In his quest to do this, he reaches with the whisper of passionate words, as he intermixes with the sweet sounds of music by Chris Roach, CRNI Entertainment of Little Rock, Arkansas and Sean Potts of Dallas, Texas, known as SeanP101.
Many thanks and much love to Elder Jerry Roach, the uncle of Chris Roach and Antoine Potts, the brother of SeanP101 for these musical hook ups. Without these brothers, this joining would not have come together.
Love is a beautiful thing, as true love will last FOREVER AND EVERMORE. When love enters your world so shall the GODDESS OF THE MOON, who will treasure your heart ever so lovingly as you tell her YES, I DO LOVE YOU! As you know in your heart she is, A WOMAN I LOVE LIKE NONE OTHER THAN BEFORE, because she is the love that is none other than the PRIVACY OF MY HEART, which in turn will motivate you to stand and testify to her that this is THE LOVE I FIND IN YOU.
