WOW...this is such good country music. All the stuff you listen to on the radio today is so overproduced that you can't even tell what the words really are. No wonder the Smokey River Boys had all these hits. I love the fact that you can understand the words and feel the intensity of every single cut on this album. This is without question the greatest group of country songs that I have ever listened to in my lifetime of reviewing country music. Bring it on over...Smokey River Boys

I greatly appreciated the significance and sound of "Lady Liberty". The words proclaim the heart of America. It reminds me of how our nation was created and to what extent we have gone through to keep that valuable liberty. I believe that in time, this song will be as legendary as the Smokey River Boys. Robert Metzgar's lyrics and music are a worthy contribution to the Legends Hall of Fame. I look forward to more outstanding music from such an exceptional artist.

Of all the great albums since 1950 that the Smokey River Boys have put out, this 9th album is without question their legendary best. All 14 of their Billboard hit songs in country music through the years. Three generations of hard work have paid off for all the boys.
Congratulations to MCA Universal for finally releasing all the back catalog from the 80's & 90's so we can enjoy these 14 hits. When You've Got Each Other made the hair on my arms stand up. What an incredible hit song.
Whatever you have to pay to get this album, it's worth every penny. USA TODAY gave the new release a five star rating. Congratulations on being elected to the Legends Hall Of Fame. You deserve it!

This incredible Greatest Hits album is dedicated to Randy Hardison. Randy was a very famous hit songwriter & drummer who played on these songs. Randy Hardison left this life on June 4th, 2002 and I know there's not a day goes by that all of us don't miss his wonderful laugh and smile that he contributed to the music. God bless you & your family so much Randy and we know we'll see you on the musician side of Heaven one day.
