Flowers was written and recorded in an apartment above a pizza-shop in Westwood/L.A. The band was performing in westside clubs and bars at the time. Challenged-fun filling out the parts in our rehearsal space with Collin's drums, Hiro's strings over Rick's arrangement of noise guitars and basses. Words are of particular early encounters.
