Album Notes

Vadalna means "to change" in sanskrit. These are some of the more popular Solace songs which have been remade, rearranged and remixed by some of the most well known artists such as dj Cheb i Sabah, DJ Filth, Alex Spurkel (Electric Sky Church)and Solace to name a few. Trance out to dj Cheb i Sabbah's version of Saptak, The Samaya Mix.

It's hard to stand still when the thundering break beats of Cybele, The Neo Tribal Mix by Solace pulse through your body. Coast along the smooth ambient waves of Warrior Productions version of Khushee Maanao, The Aural Mix. Journey beyond the horizon and discover another possible reality with the ever-evolving sounds of Solace.

I loved the cd. I first heard Saptak used by Urban Tribal Belly Dance, and loved it. The whole cd is great!

I love the Cybele and Nataraja tracks-first heard these on "Gothic Bellydance" DVD and couldn't wait to get this CD.

some really great songs, especially nr 4. A bit misterious and a bit dark sometimes, which I love. great beats. However, I enjoy the slow unrythmic bits on the cd even more, cause they create great atmosphere. I bought the cd for dancing (tribal fusion belly dance) and most songs go quite good for this dance style!

Incredible electronica mixes full of world influences.

This CD has a great mix of different electronica styles. The album begins with a grooving Euro-dance remix, and by track three transitions to a campy old-school-hip-hop-meets-Middle-Eastern-madness. As you travel through the CD, you pass through trance, house, and even find yourself in the intense ambient world of DJ Cheb i Sabbah. The album finishes with a chilling "Silent Hill" industrial remix that lingers with you long after the track is done.
