Who would have guessed Northeast PA has such a huge underground punk scene? Although the featured bands are still under the radar, Refused Rock Overdrive Vol. 1 has a decidingly national scope, with an emphasis on the nation's questionable military agenda. The compilation, however, makes quality time for other topics, such as dating, social commentary and good drunken fun. Turn up your stereo and put these tracks into overdrive!
