Born in London, from a Spanish mother and Scottish father, Shani moved to Spain with her family at the age of 6. Despite having had no formal musical education in her childhood she has always shown a great interest in music, but it was not until she was an adolescent she laid aside her timidity and began to write her own songs and music, presenting them on stage.
"Asi soy yo" - "This is how I am"; is the title of the latest work by Shani with 11 songs written by herself. The album is in Spanish and English in a unique pop and R&B style, yet always leaving her own imprint in the music that she sings with great sweetness and sensitivity, but at the same time with great force.
In recent years she has received singing classes from some of the best music professors in Spain and United Kingdom and is continuing with her musical formation with voice, interpretation and music.
Shani has participated in many public events such as:
Torrevieja Municipal Theatre, Virgen del Carmen Cultural Centre, various Sports Galas celebrated in the open-air theatre of the Eras de la Sal, Estrella de Oro Prizes, Miss Linda of Almeria Gala, and in the important International Gala of the Class One G.P of Spain which was broadcast and retransmitted on television worldwide. Several times she has appeared in the cultural programme of Torrevieja fronting the popular band "Toca" which she was lead singer for more than a year. Apart from these events Shani regularly performs in many other places including hotels, restaurants and bars.
This young singer has always shown solidarity and collaborated with many benefit events to raise funds, either as soloist, or accompanied by a band or dancers. Among those who have benefited are UNICEF, AEEC (Spanish Cancer), Alzheimer Association, Esperanza y Vida (addiction sufferers), APANEE (disabled), Age Concern, Spanish Red Cross, SAT animal sanctuary and APAEX for ex alcoholics.
Furthermore, she has collaborated singing on the discs of other artists accompanying them either as a duettist or singing backing vocals. She has had a lot of experience in recording studios and has already three cds of well-known songs, which demonstrate her versatility and different styles.
At present she continues to compose songs and perform on the stage and believes that soon her dream will come true....

Nacida en Londres, de madre Española y padre Escocés, con 6 años Shani se traslada con su familia a vivir a Torrevieja.
A pesar de no recibir una educación musical en su niñez siempre ha mostrado un gran intrés por la música, pero no es hasta la adolescencia cuando por un desengaño amoroso decide dejar a un lado sus prejuicios y miedos, empezando a escribir sus primeras canciones y subiendose a los escenarios.
Soñadora y caprichosa asi es como se define Shani en su último trabajo compuesto por ella misma que se titula "Asi soy yo". En este cd podemos encontrar 11 temas en Epañol e Inglés de pop, rock y R&B, siempre impregnando su propia huella ya que canta con una gran dulzura y sensibilidad, pero a la vez con mucha fuerza.
En los últimos años ha recibido clases de canto con algunos de los mejores profesores de España y el Reino Unido continuando con su formacion musical de canto, música e interpretación.
Shani ha actuado en muchos eventos públicos tales como;
Teatro Municipal de Torrevieja, en el Centro Cultural Virgen del Carmen, diversas Galas del Deporte celebradas en el recinto Cultural de las Eras de la Sal, Premios Estrella de Oro, Gala Miss Linda de Almería y en la importante Gala Internacional del G.P de España de Class-One puntuable para el campeonato del mundo en esta disciplina, el cual fue retransmitido mundialmente por televisión. También ha actuado en la Semana Cultural Europea en Torrevieja junto al conocido grupo "Toca"del cual fué vocalisa durante más de un año. A parte de estas actuaciones, actúa con regularidad en hoteles, restaurantes y locales de musica en vivo.
Esta joven cantante siempre se ha mostrado muy solidadria y ha colaborado en muchos eventos con fines benéficos, tanto como solista, acompañada de un grupo o junto a bailarines. Entre ellos podemos destacar UNICEF, AEEC, Asociación Alzeimer, Esperanza y Vida, APANEE, Age Concern, Cruz Roja Española, SAT y APAEX.
Ademas, ha colaborado poniendo su voz en discos de otros artitas, bien como dueto o corista . Tiene mucha experiencia en los estudios de grabacion ya que tiene 3 cds variados de versiones muy conocidas donde nos muestra su versatilidad en diversos estilos.
