With determination, zeal, absolute love for classical vocal repertoire, and the fixed delight in the music of geniuses whose works define the measure of human achievement, Sounds Sublime searches out the obscure, the well-known (rescuing the all-too-familiar stuff that's been sung to death and really NEEDS a resurrection approach!), and the flat-out utterly, utterly, utterly gorgeous. Opera, madrigals, arias, simple songs, deep and meaningful art songs, playful little excerpts - Sounds Sublime pour their silk-and-velvet voices into performing them with intellectual spice, historically informed technique, and the sort of soul-biting passion that brings forgotten music to life...
