These are hand-picked tracks by SourceCodeX from earlier releases with one new track created especially for this release.

I compiled these tracks for a lecture I gave on relaxing and de-stressing via ambient music. A story on my music hit the local papers and I decided to offer this type of "best of" release that represented the deeper-listening moments from my releases 2004-2008.

Many attendees of the lecture purchased this compilation at the meeting and later feedback confirmed that this CD's music indeed transports the listener into a place of timelessness and relaxation.

Each CD comes with notes on how to best use this CD to find "that place" all your own, outside and beyond the tyranny of the urgent. Enjoy!

UPDATE:
Recently, a customer who lives in my town, who owns this CD, told me how one evening she came home in a very agitated mood. She was full of anger and tension but couldn't understand why. She said she thought of her "Guided Relaxations through Soundwaves" CD and decided to put it on to chill out. She turned down the lights, put on my ambient music, sat down -- and in no time she was fully released from the day's pent-up negative energies.

CONCLUSION: This CD does what it promises! I am so glad my creations helped her relax and regain her peace.
