Spargo are one of the new breed of exciting young Australian independent artists. Over the past year Spargo have excited audiences in Melbourne at their live shows, effortlessly blending rock, pop, blues and roots into their own unique sound.
This self titled, extended EP is the boys' first official release. It is a collection of seven finely crafted and thematically connected songs that have formed an essential part of the live Spargo experience.
Recorded over a three month period at EOR studios, and mastered at SING SING studios by Tony 'Jack the Bear' Mantz (Silverchair, Aaliyah), this record provides the perfect introduction to Spargo.
In 2005 the boys head to the USA and UK for a tour that may include up to eighty performances. Stay tuned for further details...
