Music is everything, and nothing. It is all shades and colors in-between. It's life.

We, by contrast, are singularly unimportant but that we exist, we're alive. We grow, we learn, we love, we teach, we labor, we die. And, in heady measures, the music fuels all of these and more.

Out of respect then for the music, The Sparrows alight and exult. We pay tribute to the artful boundless nature of it. To its tolerance and its agility. Its capacity to breed love and ecstasy and passion.

We are ephemeral, and that pleases us. Music survives.
