Album Notes

Speechwriters LLC is The Everyband, an unassuming acoustic pop group from Claremont, CA with enough down-home charm and jaw-dropping lyrical prowess to catch even the most jaded listener's undivided attention and hold it for days. What began as a two man coffeehouse act has slowly but surely evolved into a bona fide underground phenomenon, thanks in no small part to the fact that the LLC has been touring incessantly since their first show in early 2001.

Their vibe is often compared to that of Dispatch or Jack Johnson, their sound an unholy fusion of Nick Drake and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Sometimes a duo, sometimes a quartet, the boys' master plan involves reaping the untouchable street cred of the North American folk singer, while simultaneously enjoying the benefits of being rock stars, but also not having to carry amps, and ultimately just getting girls to like them.

Speechwriters LLC has toured thirty-two states so far and will be on the road again sooner than they think.

I first heard Speechwriters LLC on Pandora. They're way outside of the genres I normally listen to, but I really enjoy them. Love the album. Please tour the east coast!
