The only way I can describe Funky Fables is as a collection of musical portraits and landscapes of people and places I've known and loved. There's no particular axe to grind and no grand story to sell. I had pictures in my head that I wanted to paint and I decided to sit down at a keyboard since I'm no good with a brush.
