Album Notes

The Spolkestra is a 15-piece art-pop collective hailing from London to Belfast and Inverness to Orkney. Combining leftfield rock influences with their diverse musical backgrounds, the Spolkestra create an energetic and exciting mesh of solar pop and browbeat modernism. Featuring a huge range of electric and acoustic instruments, from saxophones to electric guitars and cellos to synthesisers, The Spolkestra are known to surprise their audience at every turn.

punk bands like The Clash and Les Savy Fav.
