Award nominated artist Stanley Porter returns to the gospel music scene with his fourth studio album. While staying true to his signature style, Stanley gives us more in the production of Square One. His songwriting and ability to construct harmonies have always been praised. With each project, though, he has labored to increase the level and quality of instrumentation. Enlisting the help of some very talented musicians, Mr. Porter has managed to produce a very musically satisfying CD.
“I have chosen to remake certain songs that I released over five years ago. This time I invited some very capable friends to help produce the music tracks and it has truly been a blessing. When I listened to my original ideas expressed through the creativity of these anointed musicians I almost cried. I was emotional not just because the music is beautiful, but because I was brought back to the place where I was when I wrote many of these songs. It’s my desire that my listeners take this incredible journey as well.”
