Album Notes

Spouse is a band based in New England, led by frontman José Ayerve.

"Love Can't Save This Love" is the second full-length release and perhaps the band's darkest to date. Half of the record was recorded by Adam Lasus (Clap Your Hands Say Yeah!, Helium, Madder Rose), the other half was recorded by Mark Alan Miller (Sebadoh, Dinosaur Jr., the Unband). Co-produced by Spouse, Thom Monahan (Devendra Banhart, Pernice Brothers), Mark Alan Miller, and Adam Lasus.

The CD includes two bonus mp3's: an alternate mix of "Boots & Pants", and "Metal", the disc also includes a video for Boots & Pants starring members of Cerberus Shoal, Bully Club, and Soft Ex (Portland, ME bands).

Spouse:

José Ayerve - vocals, guitars, bass
