This is a ground breaking CD! Released in 1990, we believe it was the very first ever New Age lullaby album. Twelve of the thirteen songs are original. (Mr. Brahms wrote the thirteenth song -- the only cover song Jonathan has ever recorded on his eight albums.) These are luscious synth-based melodic tunes. The first five songs feature Jonathan's soothing tenor and soft lyrics. The final eight songs are pure instrumental magic. DO NOT drive while listening to these sweet, soothing, sleep-inducing, sonorous sounds!

Jonathan Sprout has performed more than 4,000 children's concerts, more than 1,000 adult shows and coordinated more than 700 songwriting workshops over the past 33 years. He has appeared on numerous TV shows and radio stations across the United States. He is the recipient of ten ASCAP special awards, two NAPPA Gold Awards, a Film Advisory Board Award of Excellence and two Parent's Choice Awards. In addition to releasing eight acclaimed albums, Mr. Sprout has contributed to several internationally released children's albums.
