Everyone thinks they've got Southern California pegged - beautiful girls, quakes, traffic and sunshine. And for the most part, they're right on the money. But if you really want to get the So Cal experience, you gotta get off the hype and get a taste of Sprung Monkey! San Diego locals, Sprung Monkey, have been hittin' it hard for a decade. From the early days of selling CD's out of their trunk (over 30,000!) to their breakout success on MTV, Sprung has kept true to their sound - melodic, yet crunchy, poppy, yet kick ass. Through the years, Sprung have become a staple in the x-treme arena - appearing on the Van's Warped Tour, ESPN's X-Games and contributing tunes to countless surf, skate and snowboarding films. This album includes 'Party Like A Rock Star' which found it's way into the film 'Dude, Where's Car' and several other tracks, including 'Friends', were spread across 'Not Another Teen Movie'. Just like other releases "Situation Life","Swirl" and "Mr. Funnyface." this is mosh pit ready yet accessible to the mellower cat as well. You can rock, you can groove, you can chill - it's all good.
