Album Notes

This album spans 6 years of work (1999-2005), an early works compilation. Taking the listener on an eclectic trip exploring deep within the electrified psychedelic progressions and even dissonance of Squankidonk's creative depths. Rock, funk, blues, jazz, and more ripple about with influences such as Frank Zappa, Primus, Pink Floyd, King Crimson and others showing. With eight tracks featuring a powerful rhythm section highlighted by Squankidonk on six string bass. One even features special guest Joseph Wooten on keyboards, a previously unreleased track from the 2001 Universal Reversal sessions. Two tracks, including the single "Two-Faced Twilight", feature Squankidonk performing all instruments including live acoustic drums. Capped off with a couple tracks of psychedelic sound experimentation and even a trip to some place of techno and trance with "Too Busy To Live" and "Primordial Ooze".
