The Stacks Edward Band was formed in 2001 in Milwaukee WI. Original members of the 50 Mission Blues Band started the band to create the best high energy blues around. In may of 2003 Jim korn joined forces with the S.E.B and polished of the sound with his fluent bass skills, and in april of 2004 Chris Lehnert came aboard and added that unmistakable Hammond sound. The S.E.B are known for their live performances and build a bigger following every show.
The Stacks Edward Band recently opened for Tinsley Ellis, who said, "These guys have soul" and that they were "The best opening band they've had in years." A new live album will be released shortly on the Bluesland Records label, and will be available on this site. (http://www.cdbaby.com/all/blueslandrecordsllc)
