Album Notes

Blond hair, brown eyed, 24 year old, Stacy Hanson, with a voice that you won't soon forget, has brought a fresh face and voice to the Christian music industry. From a very young age, her voice has captivated listeners in the church and other venues. As she grew, so did her love for music, and her desire to glorify God with her talent. She spent her junior high and senior high school years singing on her youth worship team, traveling and singing both locally and nationally on her own, and with an evangelist. It was during this time that God spoke to Stacy's heart, and began to give her dreams about how He would use her. "I remember the Lord telling me, that I would sing and write songs that would give people hope, in a world that offers none."

Stacy attended North Central University where she developed as an artist and songwriter. She was hand selected to be apart of North Central University's premier traveling music group where she gained experience in the recording studio and traveled extensively throughout the United States in churches, youth camps, clubs, and numerous other venues.

The next step on her life journey brought her down to Nashville, TN where she recorded her first independent self-title album. Accompanying her were her producers, Dove Award producer of the year nominee Nate Sabin, and newcomer Michael Olson. Together with the talents of musicians like Steve Brewster and Dave Cleveland, Stacy brings a project to the shelf that is sure to please any listener. Since the release of her album in November, Stacy has traveled locally and nationally promoting her new album.

Stacy continues to trust God that His will for her life will unfold as she stays close to Him and continues to step out in faith.
