Better than a bear!

Here, my parent's band made a fun cd, dedicated to it's influences but with enough Wisconsin flavor keepin' it real, yo. The sound quality is excellent, muy professionales, and the song order (very important to me) flows nicely and maintains a strong mood. Emotional, entertaining, uplifting, giddy at times... in a good way ;) See them play live! There's always beer around. Word

Kiss my Blarney Stones! I saw this band at Tyrol Basin Ski Area last year before St. Paddy's Day and couldn't keep from dancing. Love the Irish songs.

Fresh folk-country fusion fills the mising link
author: Carl M. Nielsen
Country has its roots in different - especialy irish - sorts of folk. When the first europeans settled down in America they had there folksongs with them. Country music develops from that. So it seems to be an obvious idea to make a cross-over of theese to related traditions. But it's seldom heard. And even more seldom made interesting and cathchy. But Staff Infection have managed to create a personal and very exiting style out of playing tunes that goes from the traditionel irish "Star Of The County Down" to Hank Williams' "Hey Good Looking" in there own way. Traditionel, yet with a contemporary aproach. It's really, really good stuff. A wonderfull album. Why doesn't more people know about "Pandemic Level: C3"? Considering the popularity of Bruce Springsteen's "Seeger Sessions" it should be a million seller. Forget about Springsteen and buy this album. The beatifull sensitive vocals and the movingtouching fiddle-sounds is a knock out. Poetic and lyrical, still with a lot of energy and happy-go-lucky mood. Wonderfull Stuff.

I first heard this band at the Mt. Horeb Mustard Museum. I'm super glad I bought a CD. Awesome. Bluegrass, Irish and Cajun...what a combination. This CD replicates the sound of this funny, close-knit group. The vocals and harmonies are tight and the musicianship is outstanding. The staff music is contagious and infectious. You'll find yourself tapping toes and singing along before you even knew you caught the fever.
