Album Notes

Originating in the East Bay, Stagnant has been thrilling Bay Area crowds with a mix of hard rock, heavy groove riffs, and some punk thrown in for taste since 2001. With an in-your-face sound that has been likened to Papa Roach, Breaking Benjamin, and Sevendust, Stagnant's adrenaline-rushed live performances have been described as "an assault on the senses". In a competitive local scene with no shortage of talented bands, Stagnant has developed an enthusiastic following as loyal as any in the Bay Area, while having designs to expand their broadly appealing sound and popularity to the rest of the country. Stagnant, consisting of Adam Lozano, Brent Dimick, Dominic Giliberti and Anthony "Rizz" Riso, continue to write and record new material in the midst of their exhaustive schedule of shows through Northern California and beyond, fully intending to establish their place as a major new powerhouse of rock.

I heard of this band from a friend of mine and this album rocks! My favorite songs are Trend and Quitter; they get stuck in your head and end up singing them all day long. This album hasn't left the cd player in my car for months, and it doesn't look like it will any time soon!

This is the next big band in Rock! I have seen them live and they are awesome. The CD is a must have for anyone who needs a "Fix". Now i can listen whenever and wherever I want. The music reminds me of a mix between Papa Roach and Breaking Benjamin, but this is definately something of its own.
