"WINNER" JPFOLKS 2001 GOSPEL SONG OF THE YEAR "IT WILL BE ALRIGHT" (RUNNER UP #2) JPFOLKS 2001 GOSPEL ALBUM OF THE YEAR (WINNER #3) Lorraine has been a featured artist in some of the largest gospel music concerts in the country and abroad, appearing with such noted artists such as Kirk Franklin, Karen Clark-Sheard, Walter Hawkins and Love Center and many, many, more. Her melodious voice can also be heard on the popular album "Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Choir, Live in Toronto" singing the selection that helped push the album to near platinum status, "When We Get Over There" For the past twenty years, she has appeared in concert throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. As she was called to audition for a major Broadway musical in 1992, she was selected to play the role of Sister Carrie, after only twenty-two seconds into her vocal presentation, for the popular gospel musical production of "MAMA, I WANT TO SING!"
