Album Notes
St. Louis, Mo. - Stan Bozeman (aka) Stan The Man, may sound familiar to you. He has been performing for over 25 years. He started his musical career dancing and singing in talent shows and also as a DJ. He has performed for many organizations, clubs and hotels over the years. He has also written a few jingles for corporate and local businesses. He is an incredible self-promoter and this is how we became so well known in the St. Louis area. He has toured with many of the great’s like Barbara Carr, Luther Ingram. His influences are many of the all time greats.

Now it’s Stan The Man’s turn! Finally he has unleashed for the world to hear, his debut CD. The new single, “Roses, Champagne, Candlelight”, is off his new album, “Stan The Man Finally Unleashed”. This hit single is about lover’s using roses, champagne and candlelight to stimulate their relationship. Just loving each other.

This entire CD is full of great love songs, getting to know each other songs. Great rhythm and blues textures all melded into one great sound - HIS sound. It took many years to develop this unique sound, but now it’s for all to hear. It’s a smooth, swaying, feeling good “type” of sound. It’s just wonderful to listen to.

This CD was released in August, 2008 and you buy it by going to

This is one of those albums, that I would suggest you put in the cd player, and just go clean the house, or something. Don't sit there dissecting each track, because it is the collective content of this CD, that makes it so damned fun to listen to ! Stan at times sounds like all of his influences (PRINCE, Smokey, etc) and at times like none of them, very original in spots. The arrangements are fresh, with a throwback to some of the Minneapolis sound (One song is a dead ringer for the PRINCE song D.M.S.R.) and that is by no means a bad thing. A lot of soul and overt lyrical content on some of the slow jams, and the CD is packed with them, reminds me of a more falsetto Barry White. Overall, a VERY good effort, FINALLY UNLEASHED is a fine album, and I wish there were more artist putting more thought into their material as Stan did here, and yes, you older fans of R&B, will probably LOVE IT !!
