this Cd is a really good mix of sounds. It's easy to listen all the way through without skipping songs, because they are ALL really good and that never happens these days.

Good Lord... ! Why Ain't This Boy FAMOUS Yet?!
author: Jamie Ashby
Chris Bradley is a name that you more than likely don't know, but you should. STARCLOCK (the name of the album & the artist, comprised mostly of Mr Bradley by himself w/ a little help from friends from time to time) is the kind of album that most power pop fans can't wait to get their hands on, & most power popsters wish they could write & perform. This CD has more hooks than a tackle box & a bigger reel than Robert Shaw in "Jaws". From the opening track, any style this CD may be pigeonholed with is null & void; the 13 tracks range from groovy funk ("Josephina's Radio") to "simple" pop ("Glasses") to an incredible Frank Zappa cover, with healthy doses of unconventional prog rock in between. Mr Bradley's influences are clear & they should all be proud of what their legacies have birthed. Each track is a delight to hear & leaves the listener begging for more as "Josephina's Rebroadcast" closes out. Buy this CD now! And while you're at it, buy copies of it for people you know who love great, clever, well-executed music. It's a bargain at twice the price!!

Unique and refreshing
author: Barry Smalley
As soon as I recieved this CD I put it into the CD player and from the opening of Josephine's Radio I was delegated to a musical journey. By far the most impressive and original album I've heard in awhile. Chris Bradley sounds like Andy Sturmer from Jellyfish singing prog pop metal funk. I can't get enough of it. For good measure the song K'mawn sounds like a Earth Wind and Fire classic with even a little more funk. I don't know what to tell ya. Amazing stuff!!

Great performances and great songs!
author: Jay
You can hear many influences, but the sound is entirely unique. Hooks galore and great musicianship. Pure progressive pop...and in this context pop is not an evil word!
