ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is my debut album, "Salt."
It is the culmination of all my musical experiences, up until the recording of this project.
Like a photograph taken, this sound is now captured, and tangible. And I'm able to revisit specific spaces when I listen.
This is the result of the collaborative energy and aloha of so many people: Kit
Ebersbach on keys; Dean Taba on bass; John Signor on ukulele; Arthur Wilson III, Kauila Kawelo Barber, Neal Izumi, Esther Sada my style and graphics team; and most of all my mama, my papa and my tutu and tutu man for giving me and directing me through life.

After 11 months of performing together every Thursday, Kit, Dean and Idecided to go into the studio to lay down some of the tunes we most enjoyed playing. Two days in the studio and seventeen tracks later, here are the ones we got permission to record.

You would be gifting me the greatest gift in the world if you took a listen.
