Young Starrs, a product of Camden NJ, and the New Haven CT bred emcee Murph, capture a presence in Hip Hop that is often untouched. With the constant categorizing of a culture that should not be jarred, it's hard for artists to represent themselves and be accepted and appreciated by both mainstream and underground audiences. Starrs & Murph do this naturally. Harboring a passion for writing since they can remember, everything from poetry, to spoken word to rap, they've been performing together for a little over 3 years. In this time they've had the opportunity to open and/or perform with nationally known artists such as 50 Cent &G-Unit, Joe Budden, Jin the Emcee, The Lox and many others. They've also blessed the stage as musical guests at various fashion shows, And 1 Streetball tours, and Comedy shows. With these experiences under their belt, the natural passion and drive they have, the love for music, and the tremendous amount of talent, Starrs and Murph is destined to be a major figure in today's Music.
