Album Notes

The industry labels them Americana.
The press calls them "Roots" or "Alternative."
They've been billed as Working Class Rock, Cow Punk,
and even Country Hard Rock . . . whatever that is.

Fronted by singer/songwriter Eddie Seville, whose credits include projects with Frank Carillo (Peter Frampton/Carly Simon), producer Paul Orofino (Ace Frehley/Golden Earring), Danny Miranda (Blue Oyster Cult/Queen), Bruce Kulick (KISS), Andrew Carillo (Joan Osborne) and Simon Kirke (Free/Bad Company), Steel Rodeo is an authentic American Rock & Roll band.
From the famed Horseshoe Club in Toronto, to a martini bar on the island of St. Croix, they'll be very happy to deliver a stiff, swift kick in the ass.

Eddie explains,
"We'll play a Texaco station in hell . . . . . we have" !
"It's about songs and I try to keep it there".
When you're hung up on an image or a trend,
it just turns into a fashion show . . .
a song should connect even if people
can't see what you're wearing. . . . . . . . Amen

These guys rawk!
author: Chris
Treats is a rockin' rekkid that combines great song writing with great production value. Slightly more polished than the 60 Cycle Hum rekkid, Treats still packs a powerful Stones-style punch in the kisser!

Superb songwriting fronting note-perfect country/rock bounce
author: Leigh
These superb songs are as good as anything coming out of Nashville and the vocals are delivered by a smooth-as- velvet country crooner with a hint of red-clay dirt in his voice. The whole thing bounces along on top of a terrific band that has "it" (whatever "it" is, they've got it! I love this CD!
