Listening to Step-Of-Faith is like listening to a cello in a marching band! The 3 talented young vocalists combine their gifts to create rich beautiful harmonies that speak God's truths in a noisy world. Their diverse style incorporates contemporary tracks to bring glory to the Lord, Jesus Christ. Step-of-Faith is a Contemporary Christian recording group consisting of Emily Swanby, Aliya Rose Kunz and Brittany Menzies. These 3 very talented girls all come from very musical families and share a love for theater.

Aliya Rose and Emily began their friendship in musical theatre where they performed together for 2 years. They had a desire to join their vocal harmony talent with a goal of spreading the love of Jesus. Emily invited her friend Brittany, a musical theatre major from Central Washington University, and together they formed Step-Of-Faith. Their musical theatre background brings fun and excitement to their performance.

Produced and directed by award winning songwriter and arranger, Kevin Kunz (2005 National Harmony Sweepstakes Competition, 2006 Contemporary Acappella Recording Award for Best Jazz Song), they bring an exciting combination of jazz, pop, and gospel harmonies with a motown flavor to a contemporary Christian format.

Our goal primarily is to glorify God with our music and if in the process we can entertain, we are doubly blessed. Step-of-Faith's love of harmony is well evident in the treatment of their music. Founded and produced by Kevin Kunz, a multiple award winning composer and arranger, and one of the founding members of vocal sensations, Groove For Thought.

Kevin says, "Seems to me most contemporary groups mix their harmonies back, to blend in with the tracks. Our approach is to lay them out front so you can hear them. We spend a ton of time arranging them and getting them right, so why not mix them up front?"

Step-of-Faith looks forward to their journey and the thought of meeting new people and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the most invigorating part of being Step-of-Faith!
