Apparently, by inherent design, I have been musically "at it" in one way or another since early childhood. Country music reigned supreme in the house during those adolescent years and provided fulfillment and establishment of my musically identity. It is from this basis I developed my music abilities and style.
Currently, as I expand my creativity as a recording songwriter my fulfillment continues. With musical content of clear and concise lyrics and that "feel good, make you want to move," rhythm and drive, my music displays a country distinction of it's own. Some story lines are uniquely profound, some are just cleaverly crafted.
May you be pleasingly entertained. Thank you for listening. Steve Goodman

Living To Love And Loving To Live
author: Lance Hibberd
Hey I’m a mature, middle class, white guy so I know I’m not in anybodies target demographic, but I know what I like, none the less and I like this album a lot. Musically it moves my body and is interesting; lyrically it’s witty and smart. I can relate to every song either wistfully for my youth, or because despite living hard I too can still “get it done”. There’s not a song on this album that makes me, “a mature, middle class, white guy” out to be the bad guy or a dumb ass, instead I feel celebrated.
Thanks Steve Goodman for giving me a taste of a “beachy way of life”.
