Album Notes

Steve is an acoustic fingerstyle instrumentalist from south east England. His music is described as both melodic and emotive with a British/Celtic folk influence.

His first CD release ‘a few tunes (part 1)’ released on Gobbledegook Music has been played on BBC Radio 3’s ‘Late Junction’ and has received praise from numerous sources, including – ‘Solid Air Records’, ‘Old Bridge Music’ and ‘Bridge Guitar Reviews’. He is also featured in the players gallery on Brook Guitars website. Main guitars played are a Brook Taw from the renowned guitar makers at Brook Guitars in Devon England, and a Lowden LSE-11 which is mainly used for open tunings such as DADGAD.
