Steven’s style of music has often been brought into connection with names such as Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Jamie Cullum or David Gray. The fact that his listeners have associated his sound with such different genres shows that we are dealing with a unique and authentic style of music here.

His songs are mostly a musical catalysis of own experiences, which take on the perspective of everyday life, without however loosing the focus on major issues. His guitar playing incorporates elements of Rock-, Pop, Blues-, and Jazz music and his expressive voice not only manages to credibly combine these different styles but also to transport his poetic lyrics with a lot of feeling and intimacy.

The listener can look forward to a varied and moving sound. Sometimes moving the heart, sometimes the body.
