I am a fan of Steve Wolf's first Yoga Nidra CD, "Relax Deeply," and as a yoga teacher, I always recommend it as my first choice. This new CD is a welcome addition. I have been having problems sleeping, and found that the first time I listened to it, I slept well and more deeply than I had in a while. I have enjoyed both the breath work and yoga nidra practice. Steve's voice is perfect - it instantly relaxes me, and his instructions are both cogent and clear. As a both a teacher and student of yoga, it is evident that Steve has immersed himself a thorough study of the ancient discipline of yoga nidra. Whether you are a new or experienced nidra yoga practitioner - this CD is definitely for you. I keep it by my bedside!

Brilliant, Soothing, Deeply Felt

There are a lot of yoga nidra titles, and an abundance of titles that invite you into the notion of a good night's sleep, but this album really does combine the aspirations of both sub-genres quite well. First there's Steve's voice, which is deeply felt, soothing and steady. The tone and rhythm of this recording allows you to yield control to the direction of a great teacher.
