Guitar-slinger, singer, songwriter, and showman. A tour-de-force of contemporary electric blues guitar. This is Stevie Zee. This is his unique debut album WAIL. Great song writing and clean production highlight this CD of 13 original tracks recorded in Eugene, Oregon by this dynamic blues rock power trio.

Stevie Zee whips up the wind, rolls back the clouds, steps into THE LIGHT and powers the band through the opening song-a stripped down, full-tilt guitar boogie. Then the GUITAR MAN introduces himself and jams the blues whilst paying his respects to guitar greats Albert Collins and Albert King on this classic hard swinging, foot-tapping Texas shuffle. Next the band fires up for BURNED. Stratocaster-electric, live and loud...Bass and drums-tight and punchy. This cut rocks from top to bottom, carried along on a wave of Hendrix inspired rhythm chops, soaring vocals and gritty guitar lead. The title cut WAIL is a classic high-intensity, slow-burning blues that will have the guitar fans mesmerized...MESMERISE follows hard and funky. Stevie raps and the band rolls-like a freight train. MY LITTLE GIRL is a song that won't let go and highlights the Zee Band's high-octane rock and pop sensibilities.

On each consecutive cut Stevie's guitar sizzles and smokes-from the lyrically haunting melodies of DARK EYES and the deliciously giddy country chops of ROLLER COASTER to the wickedly wailing wah-wah in HARD and the stinging electric slide blues of BODY COUNT and HI-TAIL WOMAN.

Stevie Zee is one of the most talented guitarists in the business. Extremely versatile, he can switch from blues to rock to jazz to fingerstyle to country at the drop of a plectrum. Stevie spent a lot of time in the USA appearing at many major blues festivals as well as many of the clubs and concert venues in and around the Pacific Northwest of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California. Stevie has performed with Johnny Winter, Pat Travers, Coco Montoya, Bad Company etc. Back in Europe, he began work on two new projects in the studio which are both nearly completed. Stevie made appearances at the Great British R&B Festival in Coine, the Brentwood International Blues Festival and various venues in Ireland, France, and Spain. Stevie is currently touring Spain while basing himself in Madrid. Stevie Zee and his band are ready and eager to take your heart and soul on their journey into the 21st Century Blues.
